SOS

All of this goes into the biggest crock pot we have:

  • 5 pounds ground beef – lightly browned
  • 2 onions, diced and browned
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 8 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans beef broth

Let it all cook on low for at least two hours, then serve on top of a slice of toast.  Also good on rice, potatoes, noodles… but the other name, “stuff on a shingle” is because of the toast!
